By accessing and using PariTON, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PariTON. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
All bets are binding once accepted. P2P bets are settled based on official match results. Exchange orders are matched in real-time and settled upon match completion. Arena game results are determined by in-game outcomes. Social bets are resolved by the AI Oracle, human judges, or community vote depending on the selected oracle type.
Deposits are processed via Stripe. Withdrawals are processed to your linked Stripe Connect account within 1-3 business days. PariTON charges a 2% commission on winning P2P and exchange bets, and a 5% commission on arena game winnings.
You must not engage in match-fixing, collusion, fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
PariTON is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
